Refund policy

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and outstanding customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days of receiving it, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at jake@notionskincare.com within 30 days of receiving your product. We will email you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to return the item, so return shipping is on us. The returned item must be in its original packaging.

We can only accept items in their original packaging that are either new or gently used. Items that have been tampered with, nearly empty, lost from personal usage, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Sets: you can return a full set or any product from a set. Products from a set are refunded at their share of the set price.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is approved for a refund, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees) to the original payment method used to place the order.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
